Brewed with pale malt and a healthy dose of naked malted oats and pale wheat malt. Dry hopped with 4.4 lbs per barrel of GALAXY and ZAMBA hops. We are getting pineapple, citrus, apricot, candied orange and tangerine. It’s been a minute since we highlighted Galaxy and we were excited to play around with Zamba for the first time. We wanted to offer a NEIPA with a little less horsepower so this one checks in at an approachable 6%
