Ankleknocker Gluten Free, named for a 320 foot long trail bridge in Baxter State Park, Maine, is a new series of gluten-free beers from ZēLUS. Using a base of Sweet Sorghum and Brown Rice, we mash in Quinoa, Gluten-Free Flaked Oats, and Buckwheat. Hopped with citrusy favorites Cascade, Amarillo, and Simcoe.
