Tarted Up takes a traditional approach to a Saison... and then amplifies it. at 10% it's now an Imperial Saison and we were not done there... we lowered the pH to give it a nice bite and sour up the finish. Loaded with over 500lbs of Tart cherries, this beer drinks like a much lower ABV beer while offering all of the malt, fruit and sour flavors you'd hope for
