We used a blend of bohemian floor malted grains—pilsner, wheat, and dark. The under-modified grain gives us a richer malt character that provides lots of depth without harshness. Mellow, rich flavors of coffee, caramel, and milk chocolate with a medium body. Soft, creamy texture and extremely gulpable.
