"Ichi" or "Um" is the first beer of a new series inspired by our Japanese-Brazilian origin. We combined the highly aromatic yuzu, a typical Japanese citrus, with the super Brazilian cacao -not the bean that makes chocolate, but the white pulp that involves it. The surprising fusion of flavors and aromas are in perfect harmony in this refreshing, juicy and very aromatic NEIPA. "Kanpai" or "Saúde" to all the good mixtures of life.
