As a Farm Brewer, they have built their company by being rooted in agriculture while promoting their distinct regional flavor through the products they create. At their farm they currently grow certified organic hops, rotational grains of rye, wheat and barley - they have an orchard with 15 varieties of fruit, a Brewer’s Garden with many different herbs for brewing - all while raising chickens, ducks, pigs and bees.
In their craft beer we use 100% of the organic hops, grains and herbs they grow. What they don’t produce on-farm, they source as much as possible from other New York state farms and partner with their neighboring farmers to grow as well. In collaborating with other farmers and growers they're able to build a network of like-minded producers throughout the state and elevate their craft in the process.
